Hopeless Muggle
Topic: Geocaching
So apparently, even with a shiny new 12 satellite GPS, I am totally incapable of finding a geocache on my own. It was REALLY nice of the person who placed the cache to basically say that I (and the other person who posted on the geocaching website that they couldn't find it either) am basically blind. *sigh* Honestly, if it weren't for the fact that Larry just bought me a very nice new GPS, I would be quite tempted to just say geocaching was something I tried and just couldn't get into. (Sorry Paula!!!) However, since it would be criminal to not use my new GPS, I will keep trying. It's just frustrating that I've tried three times now, and each time has been a bust. It seems that thousands of other people manage just fine. What the heck is my problem??? It certainly isn't the GPS! :)
It was gorgeous and sunny this morning, but it quickly degenerated into a rainy day. Luckily, I managed to get in my fruitless geocaching expedition before the rain really got going.

Name: Dad

Hang in there kidl, When we first went geocaching, Mom found the first one right away, but after that it was a total bust. At least it's a fun excuse to get out and around. And, think of how great it'll be when you find your first one. (and 2nd, and 3rd, etc.). Also, you can think about a really diabolical place to hide one of your own...
