Sunday July 29 was a busy day! After the 10k, Larry and I picked up Ryan, then I got cleaned up and ready for a farewell tea for the colonel's wife, Kim. (Kim went to see Equus with me the first time.) The tea was very nice, at the Palm Court Cafe over Farrah's Food Hall. We were supposed to wear hats if we had them. I didn't have the right kind of hat, but I wore one anyway!

It's always hard to say goodbye to friends, and Kim will be dearly missed.
